    Search for a trip, accommodation or real estate you are interested in.

  2. Inquiry

    Inquire whether the unit is available: You can send the query directly from the unit"s web page or via our contact form.

  3. Reservation

    Reserve the available unit: After you receive our notification that the desired unit is available, you may begin the process of reservation by confirming the reservation of the unit so we could make it available for you.

  4. Deposit payment

    Fixed reservation upon depositing the advanced payment: After you have confirmed the reservation of the desired unit, we will send you an invoice for the advance payment. The advance is 30% of the full price of the service (the rest is paid in cash or by credit card upon your arrival in the agency reception). The advance must be paid within 2 working days upon receipt of the invoice. After you make a payment of advance, send us the confirmation of accontation payment via e-mail or fax. Paying in advance will ensure the reservation of the unit and we will email you the confirmation of reservation.

  5. Arrival

    Check-in: after 2:00 p.m., check-out: until 10:00 a.m.
    Check-in of guests upon arrival at the reception desk of agency Murterin.
