Climbing tower VERTIKALA is 9 meters tall with every side wider than 2.5 meters, and total climbing surface of about 100 m². The tower has four sides, each with different inclination and routs varying in difficulty which will satisfy the most advanced climbers as well as absolute beginners.
Routs on the climbing tower are modified for anyone’s needs . The easiest routs are suitable even for three years old toddlers, the medium difficulty routs are perfect fun for amateurs of all ages, and the most difficult routs are set up according to the needs of advanced climbers.
Load bearing steel framework is a layer modular scaffolding attached to a concrete foundation with special anchors and fixed with steel cables. Wooden laminated panels, set up on the framework, are perforated with standard hole grid and coated with special 0.1/0.4 granulation coating.
Climbing tower fully satisfies the European norms EN12572/07 of building the artificial sport climbing walls.
All the equipment built in the tower suit the provided European norms for that kind of equipment, EN12275 and EN362:2005/B for carabiners, EN12275 and EN362:Q for maillon rapide carabiners, EN957 and EN795:1996 for top anchor elements and EN71-3/1995 for artificial climbing holds.
