Payments

All rental charges must be paid at the time of delivery/pick-up. Payment must be made with cash, croatian kuna (HRK). Valid photo identification (driver’s license or passport) must be shown for all rentals. In addition to the rental charges, a SUP statement must be signed at the time of delivery/pick-up.

Reservations

Reservations can be made online or by telephone.

Rental Pick-Up

Pick-up is from 9:30AM and return until 9:00AM next day for daily rent. Pick up location is in agency MurterIN, Jose Markova 1.

Late Returns

Rentals returned late will be charged. If the equipment is not returned on time, we will be forced to charge an extra day. Therefore, we recommend if you have any problems with returning the equipment please contact us.

Damage/Dirty/Lost Policy

If rental equipment is returned in damaged or dirty condition, the renter will be responsible for cleaning and repair costs. Replacement cost for lost, stolen or destroyed rental equipment is full retail value. See SUP Statement.

Complaints

All complaints must be submitted to the agency MurterIN on e-mail: info@murterin.com in writing before the client's departure from Croatia. Each application will be examined, after which the agency MurterIN will try to correct the problem as soon as possible.

Refunds

If there is any problem or defect with the technical equipment provided by us, agency MurterIN will remedy the situation as soon as possible.
